The week of yoga at San Agustin school was a success. It was a great way to learn how our mind can stay calm for a period of time. Everything going on with Covid-19 has been a challenge in their lives so it was phenomenal for them to learn new techniques to handle their emotions. The yoga sessions allowed them to express themselves through body movements and breath work. They were able to release stress, anxiety and fear. It was a great way for them to become present and grateful for all they have now. NAMASTE.
